Return Policy for Cantrell Creek


At Cantrell Creek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return policy. Please read our return policy below:


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.


Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any products that are specially made or personalized for you.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cantrellcreek@cantrellcreek.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.


Once your return is authorized, you may ship your item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.


Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for returns that do not meet our criteria.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@cantrellcreek.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.


Once your exchange is authorized, you may ship your item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. We will ship your replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.
